We retain patient clinical records in accordance with Fiji's health record retention requirements. Records for adult patients are generally retained for a minimum of seven years following the last date of treatment. Records for patients who were minors at the time of treatment are retained until the patient turns 25, or for seven years from the date of last treatment — whichever is longer.
